US Finds Zero Dumping Margin on South Korean Cut-to-Length Plate

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate imports from South Korea.

The review covered the period from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024.

The DOC determined a final weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00% for POSCO, the sole respondent in the review.

For South Korean producers not covered in the case, the existing all-others cash deposit rate of 7.10% will remain in effect.

The result means POSCO’s covered exports will face no new dumping duties under this review period.
