The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has concluded its administrative review of diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat rolled steel products from Japan, assigning a zero percent dumping margin to Toyo Kohan.
The review covered the period May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024.
According to the DOC, the investigation determined that Toyo Kohan did not sell the subject products in the US market at prices below normal value during the review period.
The final decision confirms the preliminary findings issued earlier in the investigation, meaning no anti-dumping duties will apply to Toyo Kohan for this period.
